Thriving law firm seeks a litigation associate attorney admitted to practice in North Carolina and South Carolina to support two partners in the North Carolina office of a New England based firm.  Ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience.  The associate will assist with our maritime, admiralty and construction law practice.  Candidates must have excellent legal research and writing skills, and preference will be given to candidates with deposition, motion, and trial experience.     This is an excellent opportunity to join our growing team representing clients in diverse and interesting cases.  The Associate will work closely with experienced attorneys and will also assume significant responsibility, including client contact.  Featured benefits
