Domestic Violence Prosecutor (Attorney III)
The Lexington County Sheriff's Department is seeking a skilled and dedicated Domestic Violence Prosecutor to join our legal team.  This position is primarily responsible for prosecuting violent assault cases in summary court with a particular emphasis on domestic violence, including complex and high-profile matters.  The ideal candidate will bring relevant litigation experience, sound judgment, and a strong commitment to victim advocacy and the pursuit of justice.  This role involves all phases of prosecution, from case review and legal research to trial preparation and courtroom litigation.  What You’ll Do: Prosecute criminal cases.
