Bruner Powell is hiring a civil litigation associate.  Associates at Bruner Powell work on a wide range of civil litigation cases on behalf of a variety of clients, including plaintiffs and defendants.  The ideal candidate would have litigation or judicial clerkship experience, but training may be an option for the right candidate. This is a primarily in-person position.  Responsibilities Meet with clients Draft or respond to demand letters Perform legal research and draft briefs or memoranda Draft pleadings and written discovery Review documents for production Take or defend depositions Appear for hearings or trials Assist partners and staff with case management
