We are seeking a talented, highly motivated litigation attorney to join our liability practice group. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of complex insurance defense litigation experience, particularly in the area of liability law, including handling depositions, motions, and experts, and knowledge of both Federal and State Rules of civil procedure. Candidate must be admitted to practice in South Carolina, have strong communication, research, and writing skills, and excellent work ethic and organization.
